Dr. Johnson has purchased this vaccine to be administered on a first come, first served basis to anyone who would like to get a flu shot, free of charge. Please note that this is the 'regular' flu vaccine and not the special H1N1 'swine flu' vaccine.

The clinic hours for the flu shots will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16 and 9 a.m. until the vaccine is gone on Saturday, Oct. 17.

The clinic is located at 676 Shoup Ave. W. Suite #2. The phone number is 734-2610.

Registration for this event will start at 5 p.m. and the race will begin at 6:15 p.m. The entry fee is $15.

For the kids, a Halloween carnival will be held in the CSI Student Recreation Center from 4 to 7 p.m. Kids are encouraged to come in costume and enjoy trick or treating and games.
